I’m Kaylyn, a 10 time certified permanent makeup artist, trainer, and the owner of Modified Beauty EC, in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. I have been in the permanent makeup industry Since 2019, with a focus on enhancing brows, lip blush, and permanent eyeliner.
